Special Orders

 

Special Orders Please Note:

For special orders, please write a short and detailed description, adding as many details as you can, bringing your imagination to life! Remember, the more involved the description is, the more accurate your piece will become.

After your submission, we will confirm your order and send back a statement with your estimate. We do ask that you submit a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin work on your piece.

We will send you a picture of the piece via email to insure your satisfaction before finalizing and shipping! We want your feedback ensuring you are happy and excited before receiving your art! Don’t be scared to say you want something added or changed! Remember, this is your special order!

After agreeing on the final product, we will send you a final statement With the remaining balance due. you will then be directed to shipping and soon be on your way to adding another friend to your collection!

Note:

Wait times vary upon requests, averaging between 14-28 days. Requests that include multiple pieces, unusual sizes, or very specific wishes, such as; Breed of dog, material or colors, may have an increased price due to the time and recourses applied.

Online Purchasing & Shipping Policy

 

On-line Purchasing Please Note:

Prices Listed on our website are exclusive to on-line purchases only. All orders Made from Hobby Shoppe inventory must be paid in advance by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit cards are all accepted.

Shipping Please Note:

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your order, number of packages, and deliver zip code. The final charge for your shipping will appear during your checkout. For shipping estimates please add desired products in your cart. For questions and Concerns Contact us (Here)

We will Email you when we have received your order as well as when it is shipped with a contained shipping tracking number from a UPS carrier.

We accept orders at any time. Majority of items on this site will ship between 1-3 business days. Customers will be notified if products are backordered or shipping is delayed. All orders will be shipped from our local UPS Carrier in Minneapolis Minnesota.

Any claims for shortages or damaged goods during shipping must be made within 3 business days of shipment arrival.

Warranty Please Note:

Paul J Welds & Repair does not offer any warranty benefits for any of the products listed in our store due to each product being handmade.

Returns & Refunds Please Note:

You may return; new and unopened packages, damaged goods during transit, or wrong delivers within 14 days of shipment arrival for a full refund. We will Pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. (You received an incorrect or defective item etc.) otherwise return shipping costs will be paid in full by the customer.

 

Returns Please Note

FOR RETURNS:

You can return/exchange any item up to 14 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition. Please ensure you print, complete and enclose the returns form which can be found on our website. PLEASE NOTE: If the returns form is not enclosed we cannot process your request.

With regards to exchanges: if the returned item is of lesser value than the item you wish to exchange it for, you will receive a full refund for the item returned, and will then simply need to place a new order for the new item.

All goods will be inspected upon return.

Please make sure that the name and address you have entered is correct as we are unable to change it. This is so we can offer you the quickest dispatch we can. If you would like a size exchange or a refund, you will need to return the item with a returns form. If the size you are wanting is out of stock then a refund for the item/s will be given. We do not cover the cost of  postage on return.

DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR RETURNS FORM: Please print it off, fill it out and enclose it with your returned items.

Please note, we do not cover the costs of postage upon returning or exchanges.

 Refund Times

You should expect to see your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to a shipping carrier. However in many cases you will receive a refund much earlier. This time includes the transits time to receive the return shipment from the shipper (5-10) business days, the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it (3-5) business days, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10) business days.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond quickly with instructions of how to return items from your order.

 

Customer Privacy

We do not sell your emails or any personal information, all personal data entered into our site remains private from the public. We will only use your email to generate email campaigns for you if you have already signed up for our newsletter. We do not give away emails or share data.
